Translation

Fremuere principes,
Irruere turbidi:
In hoc templo una spes,
Una salus Domini! Domine!
  Nobis sit victoria,
  Nostro templo gloria,
  Gloria sancto nomini!

Cordibus ac mentibus
Proni veneramur te:
Salus esto gentibus
In hoc templo, Domine!
  Nobis sit victoria,
  Nostro templo gloria,
  Templo tuo, Domine!
  Gloria sancto nomini!

The princes rumbled,
The mad rushed in:
In this temple, one hope,
One salvation of the Lord!
  To us be the victory,
  To our temple the glory
  Glory to the sacred name!

With hearts and minds
Prostrate, we beseech thee:
Salvation shall be to the nations
In this temple, O Lord!
  To us be the victory,
  To our temple the glory
  Your temple, O Lord!
  Glory to the sacred name!
